a. Halkida Hospital: The headquarters of the Agios Anargyron Hospital of Halkida provides both medical and scientific services to the residents of the Metropolitan I.N. Agios Dimitrios Halkida (tel. 22210. 23279).

b. Voluntary Blood Donation: Blood donation takes place in the areas of the Municipality of Halkida and in the areas of the Archdiocese of Periphery.
