Family Support Center (F.S.C.)

In New Artaki (Platea Faneromenis – opposite the church of St. Proskynimatotis) operates the FAMILY SUPPORT CENTER (F.S.C.) of the Holy Metropolis of Chalkida, which aims to be a core in the field of family support and the people who need it.

ACTIVITIES of the F.S.C.:

• Biweekly group sessions.
• Theatrical group "Meli - Gala".
• Activities for the creative occupation of parents and children.
• Group meetings with topics that concern them.
• Lectures with topics for the empowerment and support of family members.
• Support for single mothers.
• Seminars on parenting skills.
• Sessions of electronic documentation of single-parent families.
• Radio broadcasts that support the family and the child on the Radio Station of our Holy Metropolis (97.7 fm):

o The program of the day, broadcast every Sunday at 13.00

o Cocina close, broadcast every Saturday and Sunday at 12.00.

o Sunday in the icon, broadcast every Saturday at 13.00

• Cooperation with special psychologists and social workers.
• Cooperation with the Social Service of the Holy Metropolis of Chalkida.

The F.S.C. does not offer economic assistance.
